★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I just popped into your branch in Whistler and I wanted to buy some of your timbits which were delicious, but i was applauded by the customer service I received. The lady who served me was on her phone. I stood there for over a minute waiting to be served, I had to try get her attention by saying hello in which I was deliberately ignored, to then further say excuse me to get her attention. I received poor attitude and reluctance to serve me. She was unfriendly and could not even put a smile on her face. Considering this is the first place people visit when they arrive in Whistler, I think the service standard needs to be reviewed as this puts a poor image on your branch but also Whistler itself as your location is directly in the visitor centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grabbed coffee here for 9 days in a row. One of the best tim Hortons that I have ever been to. Very very consistent quality. Not a bad cup of coffee during my whole stay.
