★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here and ordered 2 subs. I asked if I could use the bathroom. The employee told me i cant use the bathroom because she just cleaned it. Never in my life have I been refused to use the bathroom because it has been cleaned. She didn’t even try to lie and say it’s out of service or something. It’s ridiculous. I asked her if she thinks Im going to mess it up and she grabbed the key and started yelling “get the key!”. She also had airpods on so she probably did not realize that she was just yelling the entire time. Never coming here again. Worst customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only are the subs delicious, but the employees at this location are very kind and have exceptional customer service. The girl that I had an encounter with made the sub perfectly to my likely, and was also very nice to talk to. She also gave me suggestions of what is good at Quiznos, since it was the first time I tried a sub other than Subway. I will be going to Quinzos from now on for my subs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never been to Quiznos but I work near this location so I decided to try it out. I wish I had a better experience. I explained to the woman I had never been and needed a minute thinking she might explain the menu to me or something… she just sighed and acted annoyed. Another customer came in and she moved on to him and left my sandwich for a few minutes while I stood around waiting and wasting my lunch break. She didn’t give me a napkin but I saw everyone else get one. Not sure if this is Quiznos standard but this is pretty cheap for a $9 sub. Could use more meat less of the lettuce for sure. The mayo was spread alll over the package and it was just gross. I will probably come back and give it another chance because it’s convenient and I think it was just a bad day.
