We enjoyed the hot tub, skiing out from the resort and walking into Whistler village. Such an amazing place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great 3 nights at Taluswood The Heights 17. The condo was 3 floors, super cozy, lots of room and a fantastic view with all the amenities. We were a group of seven that enjoyed fun snow walks, hot tubs, making great meals and enjoying the view. Can’t recommend this place more. The staff at Whistler Platinum were friendly, knowledgeable and the whole process was seamless! I will definitely book my next Whistler getaway with Whistler Platinum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay - as a whole - was great. Thank you for being so proactive throughout our stay (and the welcome gift was a great touch!). The place was great for our family and the location beside the ski hill was perfect. There were a few issues with the fridge, but maintenance came by to try to repair it (adjust the temperature).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great stay! The condo was spacious for our family of five. Easy access to the slopes. We had to use our car since the shuttle bus drivers were on strike. Still easy enough with parking lots close to the slopes. Kitchen was very well equipped. I really appreciated the bigger pots and pans that many rentals usually lack. No can opener though but other than that we would very much recommend this place! Oh, and nice hot tub!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great stay in Whistler over Christmas. The place was clean, perfect layout for us, super comfortable beds. Very well equipped kitchen with good quality kitchen utensils. Which for someone passionate about cooking is essential. Just a few minutes bus ride to the hill or 15 min walk to town. Whistler Platinum were super friendly and professional. They were there, all the way to make our stay special. Its on the higher end of costs, but as they say you get what you pay for. And with that lens on, and because it was Christmas, the service was excellent & place was perfect for the price we paid. Thank you and hopefully we will be back in 2023!

A great website that makes the booking process really straightforward. Super communication before, during and after your stay. This year we really appreciated the no-contact checking in. The properties we have stayed at are all better than advertised. And any issues we have ever had have been dealt with very efficiently. Highly recommend you use Whistler Platinum to book your next stay at this top class ski resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family had a wonderful ten day stay at this lovely, clean home away from home. We found everything was exactly as described, and had a smooth transition with parking, directions and entry. This place is spotless and perfectly set up with kitchen supplies as well as extra towels. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer. The upper level was perfect for our daughter to do school work as it has a desk. I recommend having a car as it is about a ten minute walk to the village.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. The front desk staff were available by text and responded promptly. Check in was seamless and they provided an option for late check in with a key box.
The pool was being maintained while we were there and Whistler Platinum was great in letting us know when it reopened.
Our unit was fantastic. Super clean.
Rental contract was clear and straightforward.
An extra step to send in verification documents, (your drivers license) but I appreciate their thoroughness.
