★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in an apartment that we rented through Airbnb that Whistler Reception Services managed. Was charged a $150 fee after we returned the keys even though we contacted Whistler Reception Services and made arrangements to courier the key back. The contract said if we returned the key, we would get our deposit back.
Good thing I sent it registered mail so I know they received it. Ended up writing a bad review for our Airbnb host, and having to call VISA for fraudulent charges.
