The RMOW has extensive purchase and use regulations, and Kathy's extensive knowledge helped us navigate and understand them, the nuances, and how they applied to each potential property. Kathy was truly a guide through the process, rather than someone trying to sell us on something. I can't overstate how much we appreciated her objective approach, simply identifying and explaining aspects of each property while letting us form our own opinions. Our search took several months and Kathy never tired of finding and showing properties, and was extremely flexible when our schedules resulted in limited and specific windows to view homes. The prospect of such a huge purchase, in a complex and extremely competitive market was daunting, but Kathy's expertise, patience, and professionalism not only made it easy, but ensured we ended up with an absolutely perfect second home for our family.
