Carleigh has it all! She is very reliable, detailed oriented, very knowledgable with the market, responsive and great in communication (especially we are in different timezones)! She is my only agent in Whistler and Metro Vancouver. Am very satisfied throughout the whole process. If you are an overseas buyer, look no further.

Her connections, marketing and hard work brought a steady flow of serious, potential buyers through our property.
Carleigh sold our townhome during a low in the market. Saying that, we had an accepted offer in only 6 days. She worked extremely hard at completing this deal as it turned out to be quite complicated in regards to our strata limitations. She never gave up and was extremely pro-active. We felt in the know at all times, making herself available for our questions and concerns through the whole process. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients.
We absolutely loved working with her. She is an outstanding professional women but also a very kind, inspiring & genuine human.
It was a great decision.

Carleigh has been amazing and has helped us on virtually everything we have asked of her. We were referred to Carleigh as the best agent in Whistler and she was able to get us a perfect spot right where we wanted. She then helped us in Vancouver to sell our condo which was a breeze. We then had her help us buy our new home in North Vancouver which was again, was a seamless process and a lot of fun.
