We contacted Dave for advice - he sent us listings and gave his insight into what could make a good investment. When we did find a property that met all our needs, Dave went above and beyond during the negotiation process (e.g., providing advice and insight when reviewing the strata minutes, suggesting inspectors/ contractors, and sourcing information about general contractors for renovations that we wanted to do). He was able to negotiate a fair price and we are very happy with the service he provided to us. He's easy to talk to, not pushy, an excellent source of information because he knows Whistler so well, and a great negotiator. Thanks for your hard work, Dave!
