Many realtors want the high end products and look down at these smaller products. Not Jane, she did not hesitate to help. Firstly we had to do a light “lipstick” renovation by way of new paint, floor levelling and carpet . Jane assisted in letting us know, on site, what the market wanted by way of colour/style. That was three months prior to signing/listing. We told her we’d be ready to list mid-September. She gave us an expected price range.Mid September arrives, we sign the documents to list, a few days later we have two offers, each at the high end of the range. Consider it sold. Our style was businesslike; we had no emotional attachment to the unit and Jane picked up on this.This made the working relationship easy for both of us. I found her a pleasure to work with, her assistant Erica dealt promptly with issues that arose. I feel you can be confident in Jane being there for you when the time comes to either buy or sell. You are not dealing with a sales machine that has you as one little cog in the system.
