★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is always good, consistent flavours, but sometimes our drive thru order is not accurate. We don't usually get an itemized receipt, so I can't even check if we paid for things we didn't get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what the deal is with KFC these days. Either they aren't changing the oil frequently enough or they have changed oil suppliers or they are just overcooking their chicken. Dosen't matter which location I have purchased chicken from (who doesn't like KFC right?) it has been slightly dry with a light burnt taste to it and seems to be lacking the original quantity and quality of seasoning. So sadly to say after years of enjoying the colonel it is time to say goodbye to this old time favorite as it definitely not the quality product it once was.

1. The staff are not using gloves when preparing foods.
2. They are keep on touching their masks when preparing food infront of the customers.
3. When they do the front counter area to take momey they go directly to the preparation area without even washing their hands or puting gloves.
4. When they are from outside the store to give the order to the waiting customers they go directly to prepare food.
Please fix this matter if you want to stay open. Cause I saw a lot of red flags from this store. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good but extremely slow service. Someone walked past me several times without greeting me and probably took my order 10 minutes after I arrived. I then waited about 20 minutes for a fairly simple order. I would not recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall it’s a good location for chicken, but they forget items like gravy or salads. Make sure you get a receipt as drive thru does not give you one & you require proof of purchase.
I’ll give them one more chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed my order in the drive-thru and was told it'd be a 15 minute wait. No problem. I was willing to wait. 30 minutes later, no food yet. Going on 40 minutes I walked in there and demanded our money back. This isn't the first time I've had problems at this location. And I saw another person walk out right after I did. This location has incompetent employees and have no idea how to get ready for dinner time rush hour!!! Never ever go there!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered food through uber's eat...i have throw my food in garbage chicken and french fries were cold theres no way its uber's delivery guys faute because i was tracking him...food was stale and nasty ..dry ..cold...what waste of money..take your business else where....please fire everyone working there they playing with your business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Being that it’s my second time in 9 months having unfavourable experiences at this location, there won’t be a third.
At first the customer service wasn’t the greatest, then I waited 14 mins for one item. It’s kind of hard to tell, but for reference it was the Chicken Bowl.
The food looked very off putting, was cool, had 3 pieces (instead of 10) popcorn chicken, did not have corn, and the gravy was tasteless.
Following that unfortunate dinner experience, I attended the KFC off 178 ST & 100 AVE (Edmonton) and was able to enjoy a meal that not only looked great, but actually tasted great.
The photos show the comparison between the two orders I had at the two locations.
While I was truly disgusted by the meal, upon returning it, I was granted a refund.
