Ordered food from this KFC and found a hair cooked into the batter of the chicken. Very disgusting experience but didn't have the heart to mention to our group because none had eaten all day and had just came back from a long day on the mountain.. Quality is expected from franchise restaurants and this was an incredibly bad experience.. I'd offer 0 stars if it was possible.. Please wear hair nets at all times!!

Try updating your hours on Google if I had known you were going to be closed before 8:30 pm not 10 pm the Google says I would've picked it up in the city!

The standard for the food is not well maintained as the chicken is not at all crispy and fries are a bit old. Upon request, I was apologized and when the cook was approached he had a different angle to look at the scenario. He literally told me that that is how it is and it has never been crispy here as we don’t do it like that. Can you believe that, β€œKFC”, the only thing it runs on is the art of deep frying and getting things to the table hot and crispy. But instead you get old fries and oily dry chicken, crispy chicken livers, don’t go here have a taco opposite the store instead.

Without exaggeration, this is the worst KFC (and fried chicken in general) I have ever tried. Let's start with the good, for which they earn one star. We ordered a bucket combo with fries and corn online, and the order was ready for pickup within the estimate given, and was mostly correct - we specified dark meat in the options but seemed to be given the standard mixture. I'm very easy-going so this was not a big deal to me. The staff seemed quite friendly and efficient as well. So, we started to eat, and this is where everything went downhill. Now, I am far from a fussy eater - I happily eat all kinds of cheap and post-expiry junk and it often upsets my wife that I seemingly have no standards as to what I will eat. I have eaten at other locations of KFC and while it has never been an impressive experience, it usually has been passable to varying degrees. The chicken here was absolutely flavourless. The white meat was dry, and while the dark meat was reasonably juicy, it still lacked any flavour at all. The batter did not taste much like anything other than frying oil. My wife and I both could take only about two and a half pieces each before we could not stomach any more. The fries were also flavourless, and had that kind of chewy powdery texture, although to be fair I suppose that's what happens to fries with take-out. But again, we have had fries with take-out from other places that were still crisp and delicious even after being transported in a car over some distance, and not just a 3-minute walk like we had at Whistler. The corn kernels were OK but not great - again without much flavour and just swimming in oil. This location is in a good position to grab a lot of business from visitors who just want a meal that isn't a finer dining experience, so I hope that this location can step up their quality because as it is currently, I recommend to stay far away.

The chicken is better when during the slower times but for me, always good. Good value considering that their prices are the same as other KFCs yet they need to pay Whistler rent and labour costs.

After a few hours of shoveling snow decided to give ourselves a treat. HUGE MISTAKE. Ordered 10 PC bucket. 4 of the 10 pieces were dried out wings. The other six were dried out and dark brown batter tasted almost burnt. Given the volume of business I would have thought everything would be super fresh and cooked to perfection. Terrible for any location but at a world class ski resort almost embarrassing.

Ordered 5 hot wings. Guy behind the counter walks back and hands them to me less than 10 seconds after I pay. Insists they're freshly made. Chicken was lukewarm, dry, and tasted off. Threw them away. Never going here again. Disgusting food safety practices, the kitchen was gross. will be filing a report with the municipality.

I do not really understand how in the world this KFC in Whistler makes the worst GRAVY every time I order chicken and add large size of gravy. It’s either too watery or thick and tasteless! This is way too much now! This has happened 3 times before and I expected too much now after last time it tasted so good. Management should really look into this!!! Please!! Whoever makes your gravy retrain them please!!
