★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here for a year and half while I went to school at the university of Alberta. It is great location close to everything and lots of parking. The building is a little old but it is well maintained. The maintenance guy was very friendly and was easy to get a hold of for any help. I highly recommend this to anyone especially anyone going to the U of A since it so close!
