★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible communicators. Their follow up with customers who are potential renters, even in the face of mass consistent vacancy ...is absolutely horrendous. Submitting our application on two separate occasions, yielded the same results both times. Never heard from them in regards to our first application and then when we applied the second time , they went back t our FIRST application and called those references after 6 months had already passed. Rather than contact us to ask questions about something that was confusing on the application (the income was wrongly admitted as $45,000 instead of $4500 monthly ), they wasted our time by having us meet at the second location only to find out it was the same building we were shown before, even though we asked multiple times if it was or wasnt. The floor was warped, the burner was missing for the stove top and there was no bars on the windows for a ground level apartment.All in all, our experience after multiple commutes an countless phone calls and emails, resulted in a waste of time by a management group that has no problems posting on facebook groups but not actually doing their jobs.
