โ โ โ โ โ June 23. Me and a few friends ran into some car trouble in front of this building and pushed the car into their parking lot as to not block a lane of traffic on Sask. Drive. After about 20-30 minutes the building manager came out and began to verbally attack us. After about another 20 minutes we were forced to push the vehicle out into the street to block a bus lane while we waited for the tow truck.
Very poor ethics from the management of this building.

โ โ โ โ โ The hunnybunny lives here, in Strathcona House, and I've been visiting for the last five years. It's a great location, with the University of Alberta and the LRT a few minutes walk away, and even closer are the High-Level Bridge to the Leg and downtown, several collections of restaurants and coffee shops, various other businesses, bus lines, the Kinsmen Sports Centre, and more.
The building itself is made of concrete (that's part of the backstory), has a small fitness center, a pool, huge coin laundry, a back courtyard with communal grills, sunning chaise lounges, and a cute gazebo. There's both outside and underground parkades.
Three elevators, friendly and interesting fellow tenants, frequent tidying by the cleaning staff, a night security guard, and a pop machine just past the lobby.

โ โ โ โ โ The apartment was comfortable and was close to the U of A Hospital were I had to go for treatment every day. I made use of the fitness center and pool. It was very close to all amenities. I recommend Edmonton Furnished Suites for fully furnished property short term rentals in the Edmonton area. They were professional and very accommodating.

โ โ โ โ โ As a contractor who works closely with the residents and other contractors daily, its a friendly environment. The residents make it easy to perform duties. The Board of Directors are a pleasure to deal with. The staff members could use a few classes in customer services however.

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible management. Very rude and disrespectful. I don't recommend staying in this old building even for one day. The managers think they are king and queen. They don't service anything. The elevators are broken. I had a water leakage in my apartment. I called a plumber. Sharon didn't let him do his job. Forced him to leave eventhough I had to pay him. She forced me to only let "their plumber" to do the job which took 2 months. Seems like everyone is unhappy with the managers but the board wants them for some unknown reasons.

โ โ โ โ โ The managers of this building you will learn very quickly on your own are some of the worst human beings i have ever been in contact with. Sharon and gary have verbally abused myself and my partner, as well as guests or parents who come to visit us. They are toxic and create a horrific and hostile environment. They are rude to staff, extremely unprofessional and create a hostile environment. We have made several complaints to the condo board yet they still continue to work there.
