★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 2: Mount Qi broth is excellent, and the lamb and fish tofu skewers are fantastic. Highly recommend these menu items. Very authentic, especially the spice on the BBQ items.
Service was great today, but for me that's not too important.

Update: Asked them to double their "intense" level of spice for the Liangpi and it was very delicious and satisfying :)
However, the rest of the dishes I ordered left something to be desired. Their cucumber and garlic was acceptable (would prefer crunchier Cucumber and a stronger garlic taste, and less of whatever oil was on it). The spicy pig ear was pretty bland in flavour, would prefer some more taste to it. Score remains a four because of the inconsistency in quality of some of their dishes, however, I am very happy with the Liangpi and will definitely return more frequently after this most recent visit.
As a side note, the service here is still of questionable quality.

Ordered the spiciest Liangpi they offered and was disappointed. Not at all spicy, will ask for additional spice in the future. Also had chicken broth wonton soup which was pretty decent. Overall, still authentic but price is a tad too high.
Server also eager to remove dishes from table which might cause some customers to feel unwelcomed. Don't really care about this part, just a suggestion for the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was not busy around 12:30. Parked at the back and put down my licence plate. You do get a large amount of food; I had a bowl of noodle soup. The server did not come around much at all. I found it to be okay overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dumplings were huge and full of filling. The noodles were good. Its good but its not as good as it used to be.
The service was really poor as one of the servers was more focused on her phone than helping the other server.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been wanting to visit for a while. It was worth the wait. The pork and cabbage dumplings were fantastic. I got the minced ground pork with handpulled noodles. They were so chewy and bouncy. Everything was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious and authentic northern Chinese cuisine. We ordered the pork burger, cold noodles, chive and pork dumplings, lamb skewers, and hand pulled noodles with a mixture of vegetables and spicy meat sauce. We also had their house made plum juice and their grapefruit honey tea.
The service was great and quick, and the server helped us pick out our meals. Everything tasted amazing, but the cold noodles and the handpulled noodles were standouts. The noodles had great flavor and texture. The plum juice was also extremely refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. The dumplings were juicy and well seasoned. We will be back to try more!
