★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrote 3 reviews which were all removed now I've had to resort using my friends account to write a review. Just goes to show what kind of builder they are. They would rather take the easy way out and ignore the issue rather then resolving it. Which has been the case from the very beginning. Communication skills are horrible. Horrible Horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE!!!! If you bought a unit here I feel bad for you. Buildings windows don't meet Alberta's building code as they're only rated for - 15°C. Tops of door frames (2x6) were cut out on every suite on first floor as the framing company sized them wrong. Structural integrity = gone. This place is going to end up like that condo in fort Saskatchewan that's already condemned for the same mess ups. Owners of building doesn't care and neither does the general.
