β β β β β Girlfriend and I got some glasses today after our eye exams. Doctors were very nice and patient with the pre tests. We paid for our glasses at 3 or so, picked them up at 5:30. Great service, prices are very fair too. Entire family goes here, would recommend!

β β β β β Great Service by Carlos and team, and all doctors I've seen over the years have been very kind and knowledgable. They go above and beyond at each visit. I love my new glasses, the staff were great helping find ones that suit me well.

β β β β β Carlos and his team are great. I have been going to see him for well over 15 years. We moved to Calgary and I still go to him for our contacts and glasses as the service and price are great. How he fits us in to see the optometrist during a busy Saturday, and provides us great diligence on the exams. Extra tests and checks just to be sure so it doesn't feel like cattle in other places. The selection is large and so well priced. I love how he lets us try on the whole store if we want to get what we like. Once we pick one, he always brings one more to contrast to ensure we love what we picked. Love the location now as the old store was a bit tight.

β β β β β Massive selection!!! I was able to book an exam for me and my girlfriend back to back, pick out our glasses, and receive our glasses all in the same afternoon!! The customer service was excellent with lots of people available to assist. The direct bill and the price was kept within our coverage allowance!!! Will definitely visit the Whyte Ave. Location again!!

β β β β β Stopped in this afternoon because I broke a pair of glasses and my backups had a horrendous scuff right in my field of vision. Connor helped me pick a pair from the EXTREMELY large collection and was super patient as I flipped back and forth between many pairs. Luckily they had my lenses in stock and were able to arrange an expedient pick up which is amazing because the scuff had been causing me headaches this week. Thank you to everyone on the team that made it possible! I appreciate yaβll so much. Side thanks for Ricky who helped my partner look at some frames, too!

β β β β β The optometrist was great, she pointed out solutions for my vision problems that I've never have from other places prior. And the staff was great helping choose frames. Willing to help with meaningful advice and direction, without being pushy at all. Great for people who aren't sure what they want but don't want to discourage themselves from trying something new.

β β β β β I have gotten several pairs of glasses from here over the last 9 years. I just picked up pair #5.
The staff at Regent are helpful, patient, offer advice but arenβt too pushy. Thereβs a variety of choices and the glasses are done fairly quickly. Iβve gone to one other higher end place in Edmonton and been disappointed with both the prescription and the frames. Iβll keep coming back here for consistent service and quality of glasses.
Also recommended this place to my brother and heβs been quite happy with you guys as well.

β β β β β This is hands down, the BEST eyeglasses experience Iβve ever had. The staff went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. During the eye exam, the doctor showed me things that have never been pointed out to me during previous exams. All of the staff working today assisted us with picking out our frames. They were polite, honest, upfront, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Then we got a call the same day that our glasses were ready! So glad we stumbled across this location- weβll never be going elsewhere. I recommend for everyone to GO HERE!!! You wonβt be disappointed :):):)
