★ ★ ★ ★ ★ management is poor ,nursing staff has a lack of communication with the kitchen staff .the menu does not have much of variety, the general manager always come in kitchen make up a reason out of nowhere and tell the cook out of the protocol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like an unpleasant building, staff were abit aggressive and didn't look happy. Front desk person was cold and looked rushed. RESPONDING TO YOUR CONDESCENDING AND DEFENSIVE COMMENT: you were not closed to staff collecting bloodwork AND I did not have the building confused, your comment was unprofessional and lacked tact. No wonder you have a poor reputation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor communication from the nursing staff. We only knew of "contact Nurse coordinator" by a note left on my family members white board at the hospital, that 1. G.H. was of the opinion that his care needs can't be met there anymore. We had to sign a form for "long term care" and were told we had 48 hrs to move his stuff out of the suite. Very inappropriate! What if we couldn't arrange that, or what would happen to residents contents

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not an ideal place, staff seem cold and unwelcome upon visitation of facility. Receptionist seemed uninterested and not welcoming. Resident was complaining about food to manager as I passed by and was told to nevermind it's not important and was rushed away. This was uncalled for certainly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. They have been very gracious in letting me use some of the ground space to host teaching seminars. The space is large and very suitable for an open learning environment. The amenities are always clean and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff. Brenda is doing an awesome job. Grandma was able to move in recently on very short notice, and staff attentively provide delicious food according to her diet requirements. Good exercise and social programs despite COVID restrictions. Care and concern for residents is clearly evident.
