★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to go with the more expensive DECO after years of regularly using Crystal Glass services. The convenience of having my chip filled while I'm at a lunch meeting convinced me. And, the price seemed more reasonable when you consider you get a year coverage, which in theory should result in DECO fixing your chips with no extra charge.
HOWEVER, the one time I actually went to get a chip filled (after the initial one), while still in my 1 year coverage, the staff member at this particular kiosk tells me that my chip isn't big enough to require filling "because it will never crack". I discuss it with him at length because I have literally never had a cracked windshield since I religiously get the chips filled every year. I decide to go with this guy's expert knowledge. Lo and behold, the chip spreads and cracked my entire windshield from the middle to both left and right ends. I can't help but feel that this guy couldn't make an extra buck, so gave me poor "advice" (actually refusing to fill the crack within my 1 year subscription period). It's 2 stars instead of 1 because the first time I got the service was at another kiosk and he delivered the service properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurt was my repair guy and he explained the process and where I can go for future repairs. He was friendly, and gave me some choices of plans, and I ended up purchasing a plan so that I could get another chip done at a lesser cost in the future!
