t	tyanna Moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this shop Wednesday for a diagnostic of my transmission light. First of all, the man on the phone was sooo nice and got me in the same day even tho they were clearly busy. The most amazing guy did a diagnostic test and he just went over and above, explained everything to me, showed me how to change my key fob battery and I know if they would have had the proper battery he would have changed it for me entirely. Not to mention their diagnostic test was a good $100 cheaper than everywhere else I called. Once again, they booked me in for a transmission flush on a day where they were clearly busy, but they were so accommodating because it was the only day I had off work. I dropped my vehicle off this morning and soon received a call saying that I should take it into my dealership as the issue should be covered under my warranty. They could have easily taken my $200, but instead they were so honest and just genuinely so nice. I will be coming to this shop for all my future repairs, and I will be referring all my friends and family to come here as well. I have never been to an auto shop where every single person I encounter is genuinely so nice, honest and helpful.

They always give me a good deal and they take the time to explain the issues with my car and how they plan to fix it. As a person who doesn’t a lot of car knowledge, I really appreciate their service and the considerably low price they offer. I took my car to a different mechanic and they told me nothing was wrong with my car even though it felt off while driving. After some time, I took it to speedys and they were able to figure out what was wrong and fix it. While driving away from speedys, I could already feel how much better my car was doing. Thanks again for the great service!

My car needed various things done and as they happened I was walked through exactly what was happening, why it was happening, and what the cost/time frame was on a moment by moment basis. All of the staff was very polite and gave me a smile no matter the circumstances. I felt like my business with them wasn't so much a source of revenue so much as it was a point of passion. Definitely going to be returning with any other issues I might encounter with my vehicles and I'd certainly recommend any of my friends and family swing by them first before going elsewhere.
