★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for eye exam and to buy sunglasses. I had a discount code from Venngo. First I did not tell the doctor about it and got price. Then after I saw him the discount code, he shocked because he did not think about it and he did not want to give me the discount. Suddenly, the doctor started working for something else and totally ignored me as I left from there. He even did not look at me because he wanted that I would leave. He completely ignored me and di not talk with me as I was asking for the discount.
Never visit to this doctor. This place is hungry for money, not for service and commitment. They have put big discount banners outside but don't stop by. There are many other better and cheaper optical stores in Oshawa and Whitby. Thank you.

The minute we walked in, we felt like we know them and made us very comfortable. We received our glasses in less than a week. Excellent service and will definitely recommend to friends/family. Thank you again for your awesome service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me, it was one of the best experiences. Dr. Qudratullah is extremely polite. He listened to me patiently and made sure to answer all of my questions before I leave his clinic.
The prices of the glasses are very reasonable and they worked with me to get them within my budget.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great eye exam experience and good quality frames in reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased glasses from this place and I was told that the insurance (my husband’s) I have would reimburse me. I kept asking if they bill insurance because they were able to bill for the 85$ eye exam with no problem. Anyway to make a long story short I paid for my glasses out of pocket as I desperately needed them, they told me I have to claim through the my husband’s insurance company (weird because the eye exam wasn’t an issue) because it didn’t go through on their end. Well my husband kept asking why I had to pay so he claimed it since it’s his plan and found out that the owner of this company billed the insurance and got my money I paid plus the money that the insurance gave to them. Good thing my husband found this out, the owner wrote out a check for me to get my money back at least… but seriously this is no way to do business, it’s despicable. Never going back dishonesty is not my policy
