★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW! Blown away by this location, the west side one pales immensely to this one. Big, bright and stocked, was not expecting to find a blade I was after so I purchased at Home Despotic, only to find it on sale here $15 cheaper.
If you have a choice between this one and west end, this is the place to go, and come summer I'm told you won't pass out from heat stroke. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in looking for a screwdriver, hammer and tape measure. the screwdriver was easy to find and the woman helped me a lot, which is the only reason I'm not leaving a one star. but when i went to ask about the hammer and tape measures i was extremely disappointed. the older man (who was supposed to be in charge of that area mind you) had little to no knowledge of the products. as well as he was quite rude, as on several occasions he asked other people if they needed help while i was talking to him. i feel the management needs to pick their staff better. i would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to go to the other store than have to deal with that possibly senile old man again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time we've been to the South location and we were impressed to say the least. Joel was very helpful explaining the lines of tools etc. He spent at least a couple hours with us and put in a ton of effort.
Jocelyn on the industrial side spent a quite a bit of time going through our mounting carts of tools etc. Gave our company a great deal and was extremely helpful as well. She got us all setup and was great to deal with.
We had a small hiccup after setting everything up at the shop and Nadia was all over it. They took care of the problem and went above and beyond to correct the problem.
Would recommend giving them a try, this will be our new go-to for tools accessories etc. Customer service is a rarity in this day and age.
Appreciate all the effort, Joel, Jocelyn and Nadia.
