Alberta Welding Supplies (AWS) was established in Edmonton, Alberta in 1999 by Ted Rojek. Starting with a small $50,000 investment and only supplying welding wire to one customer AWS now has hundreds of customers and over $2,000,000 of hard goods inventory. Our newest location on 51st avenue has a large, open showroom where customers can freely browse products and find what they need and even discover a few new products they didn't know they needed! AWS has a full line of welding, industrial and safety supplies. With two locations to server our customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to price out a welder and the guy at the counter didn’t look like he wanted to help. I left my number for a quote and the price was way more than anywhere else. Kind of turned me off of giving them my business.

I spoke to Monica (the rudest and most uncivilized person I've ever spoken to in my life) who proceeded to hurl insults, scream and swear at me that the cables had been picked up. I was first told my "husband" picked them up, then told "I" picked them up. The story continued to change every time we spoke.
We then spoke to another gentleman, Ken, who refuses to give us the manager or owners contact information because he "doesn't want to get anyone else involved".
Both Ken and Monica refuse to show us the stores copy of the receipt that would've been signed upon pick up. They claim it would take "months and months to find".
Bottom line is we never picked up the product and they won't answer our calls at this point. Sounds to me like they have a backyard operation the owner may be unaware of. Claim out of town customers already picked up the product then keep it and sell it themselves. The police have been contacted.
