★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Lee has been my doctor since I was a kid. He's fantastic.
Other reviews seem to say the doctors are impersonal and or rude. I can only speak for Dr Lee, but he is the opposite. Always nice, straightforward and knowledgeable. For my money he's the best GP in Canada.
The few times he wasn't available I saw Dr Randhawa and he, also, was fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so glad to transfer to this clinic, North Whitby Medical Centre the receptionists are very helpful and professionals, no issues whatsoever. Dr. Lee is very accommodating, and professional, very nice doctor. I had an issue with my medical certificate from my work place and I have to send him twice to resolve the issue and I was able to successfully resolve it. thanks to Dr. Lee. I will recommend this clinic to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking to get my TB test read and I waited almost 2 hours. Their system doesn’t make sense. They don’t let you book by appointment. Your car has to be parked outside the clinic and it is only until then that you can register and be put on the list of patients. When I was finally allowed inside, I sat down for 10 seconds. The doctor said that I’m negative and signed my paper. When I arrived at the parking lot, they told me the waiting time is 1 hour but both times I went, I waited 2 hours. Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor was quick to diagnose it as covid, even though I had a negative rapid rest and exhibited no covid symptoms. It's unfortunate that doctors are using the easy way of just saying it is covid, so they don't have to think and properly diagnose and treat. 2 doctors later, it turned out to be a severe migrane and a bacterial infection. Furthermore, was told I was going to get the results of the urine test within 2 days.. it's been 6 days and no call yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office has gone down hill very FAST. I’m not sure where all the receptionist went but, they have now hired very entitled rude younger ones. You’re talked to poorly and talked down to as if you don’t know what you’re talking about. Nothing is urgent there, I have been waiting 10 days now for a prescription and each day I call I get a new story. The front desk is ruining this establishment now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most incompetent receptionists I’ve ever encountered. The doctor is phenomenal but the receptionists have no idea what they’re doing, waited in the cold for nothing. Didn’t let me enter an empty waiting area either because they’re too busy doing absolutely nothing. Most discourteous clinic staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible terrible service. This place is legitimately a joke. The hours say open until 4, called and spoke to the receptionist and they confirmed. Drove my 85 year old grandmother from Vaughan all the way here and they said sorry we’re done taking patients today, that was at 1:45pm. They said that they stopped taking patients 3 HOURS AGO!!!! Shame on this clinic. Never going here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible wait times! Waiting 2.5 hours for not even a 5 min appointment. The doctors are friendly and knowledgble but they really need to fix whatever is going on with the reception. Lots of room for improvement.
