D	David Macdonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just took my newborn here. The website says the clinic closes at 7pm, the front door say 830pm and the store front sign says Open. The front door was locked and when I knocked on the window and showed the receptionist I had a baby, she motioned they were closed and then ignored me until I left. I have half a mind to report them to the province. What a joke.

J	John Zumbovski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor did a phone consultation with me. Told him what I needed as It is an ongoing thing yearly with me. Asked for a z-pac and he gave me gargle instead. Pain got worse and throat swelled up and fever has set in. Never go to this clinic or trust the doctors there. Will never go or recommend this place to anyone.
A	Anna Reeves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service here. When I went to the walk in the staff was very friendly, service was normal of a walk in. I have now been trying to get a hold of the clinic for a week straight, I’ve left multiple messages and still have gotten no response. Ridiculous as I’m waiting for results of a swab to come back. I know these swabs only take about 3-5 days yet here I am. I’ve called multiple times per day and each time it rings until voicemail, what’s the point of having a phone in the clinic if you can’t be bothered to answer it. I will not be going back there for anything due to this.
S	Shannon D'Cunha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diagnosed my son with strep throat and then failed to send in the antibiotic prescription before they closed early. I'm surprised and extremely disappointed that they would show that level of negligence with something as time sensitive as a toddler with strep. We'll be looking into reporting this... once we get my son antibiotics elsewhere, as he's getting sicker and sicker. Avoid this clinic at all costs - who knows what they'd do to you?

Took 60 bucks from me doing standard TB tests for volunteer work with elderly, only to tell me at the very end the doctor won't sign off on the sheet without a full physical for full communicable diseases. I'll be here forever testing for yellow fever and malaria or what? He couldn't explain beyond saying he'd "ask me questions." Then they wanted to charge me for asking about it. I'm just trying to volunteer for long term care recreation services. It's been over a month of emailing my sponsor for further clarification on the disease sheet being okay to the municipality's standard and trying to convince this doctor to sign off on me being free of communicable diseases. He wants to charge me 150 dollars for a work physical (not covered by OHIP) that is not provingly required. It's also creepy to request this, because the first doctor to take care of me was so nice and never mentioned anything about this. The caucasian doctor only started this on my very last costing visit. Just milking money. He couldn't explain why being free of the flu, TB, and covid required further medical history not requested without condesending me. People like this ruin the Healthcare industry. This is why I'm studying to be a doctor. To NOT be like this.
P	Pat Sacrack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic is very good. My complaint is since the new receptionist arrived they play rap music on the radio in the waiting room. I didn't enjoy my kids hearing sexualized lyrics and songs about criminality. I asked the receptionist if she could turn off the rap music, she said she would but just ignored me.
M	Mobain Syed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are knowledgeable but the wait times are ridiculous and on top of that they never set the expectation of how long the wait is. We got here 830am on a Monday she told us it's about an hour wait but we've been here for 1.5 hours and was just told there are 6 people still ahead which will be another 30 mins minimum. They need to fix this. They can not call themselves urgent care when they making people wait 2+ hours once they arrive. They tell you to stay in the car and wait. Not so easy when you have 3 year old throwing up and crying. Absolutely ridiculous.
