Nails 66 - Edmonton

Never gonna come back i can polish my nail better than this Nails 66 came here for pedicure and nails bad service for basic pedicure money waste thank to God i didn’t proceed with nails they show their skills on pedicure lol wish can i give them 0 rating

People please see negative reviews and all of them are correct as i myself experienced same. These days most business are going with fake reviews. I paid 68 something for my nails and paraffin wax. I paid extra for paraffin wax and noted 0 difference plus tech left my nails with so much gaps as if I am foolish and will not notice then ended up doing again and wasted my time and this happens because the tech I believe she is the owner or manager was rushing going back and forth with phone and walk in and not even acknowledging sorry or anything. Wasted my a lot of time as she was just craving for more and more clients but no quality service plus they don’t follow health safety procedure and it’s very unhygienic same gloves she wore again and again and all the tools not sterilized at all. She also gave my cut on skin many times and tech never apologized. I was with my toddler he was sleeping and when he woke up he did not bother. But the teach was talking with their staff about my toddler on their own language and I am assuming about me also as you can definitely judge from expressions, really unprofessional that lady was talking loudly in their own language for clients and have no courtesy, other girls I find ok it was the only one who rush for clients leaving me alone again and again which makes my visit very long specially with kid it’s hard for you to stay long that is why I went because he was sleeping but because of taking long time and leaving me in between for many times makes it very long and he woke up left me about 10 times and never apologize she was busy. Definitely not a got service no empathy no emotion no respect no proper job.

I had a great experience with South Edmonton nail salon, Nails 66. The lady who did my nails did a beautiful job, I didn't feel rushed and she was kind. I will definitely be back and would definitely recommend Nails 66 to anyone looking for nail services

You remember a factory where containers are filled and then sealed and pushed into boxes. Then the machine goes NEXT ... Yesterday was my first time. I hated it. The staff were rude, not smiling and they spoke their own language, Vietnamese, in an aggressive manner. The lady who was doing my nails scarred me, I thought she was talking to me and when I said:"Excuse me", the lady said:" No, not you!!". My daughter and I didn't like their service. First and last time going there. Nobody likes to be treated as the NEXT container ......

2nd time seeing Amy. She’s so great, does not rush, she does a great job, care and attention. So many other places rush and don’t care enough. I had so many compliments from my nails from Amy ?☺️??will always book with her?

I walked in without an appointment and they took me in right a way. The lady that did my nail and pedi was great. I showed her a picture and she recommended the colour I should use. The prices were decent, I really enjoyed my experience. I will be back

Always ready to take last minute walk-ins. I always get my nails done here. It's really good price and the service and all the ladies that have done my nails, they are always great, give great advice as well. 100% recommended.

I had a really really horrible experience here, went for a pedicure and shellac here with my mom. I wanted a design on the toe nails, had to wait for more than 2.5 hours for that with nails half done. When no one came to us, we had to walk away with half done nails. They are really rude and pretends like they don’t understand English. We were asking for something else and they were doing it the opposite way. I paid $105 for that terrible work . Waste of time, money and energy. I had to go to the other salon for my hands and other work, also asked them to fix our toe nails. Even they were shocked to see their work and suggested to go back to them to get it fixed as we have paid alot to them for doing nothing. Please do look at the images for their wonderful work?.
