★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a regular client for 7 years and have never dealt with a more rude and unprofessional employee than I did at this location. I tried calling back to get a name of whom I was speaking with, only to have my calls ignored and not returned. It’s left such a bad taste in my mouth that I’ve decided to terminate my lifestyle membership. This is unfortunate because all other locations I’ve been to over the years have been great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sophie and Jasmine are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. This has been the only staff ive aeen at this location. Always willing to help with finding a lotion to fit me. This location is very clean and good temperatures after getting out of the bed. Always have beds cleaned and not waiting around.
