I’ve been back a few times and I’ve still received the same level of customer service I received on my first time in. This location is full of amazing knowledgeable staff!

Thank you Paige! i’ll definitely be back for tanning & maybe even lashes too!

It was Canada Day the following day of my appointment so they weren't open for me to contact so I left a message and they never got back to me. When I called again the next day they said they wouldn't do anything to help me as it had been over 24 hours. Not even upper management would do anything. Very upset as they stole $200 from me. Will never be going back and do not recommend to anyone

K	Kurt Stangrecki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charge you fees that are total scam, like an NSF charge when you use a credit card. Charge you for months when we had a lockdown and couldn’t go. Tell you to contact customer service if there’s an issue, then customer service tells you they can’t do anything, it’s all up to the individual location. One lie after another. You’d think they would be able to get there stories straight.

Even when my card wasn't working to pay, I was offered the option to e-transfer my payment to the owner which was a very great way to be able to accommodate to an on-the-spot issue. Melissa was so nice after the service as well, I was treated to a delicious cold drink. There was also an employee who worked at the desk, I cant remember her name but the two interactions I've had with her were very pleasant. You can tell they have a very nice working environment and they are very customer oriented!
A	Angie D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to book appointments to use the rest of the minutes I have left over from a few years ago, I was told I could only use a lotion purchased from fabutan. $70 is the cheapest lotion, yet their website says the client has to make sure indoor lotion is used., it doesn't say anything about having to purchase only fabutan lotions. So for 71 minutes I'm not going to pay that much. Also when I emailed cs no one got back to me. I've contacted them twice now and nothing. I'll use the money they want for lotion and get a few months at the gym, and use their tanning beds.
