Myself, my son and daughter all go to Pure Orthodontics for our ortho needs. We were always treated well, very flexible with the scheduling and the fact that they have branches all over the city just make it easier for us to schedule appointments. Dr. Amer Hussain is the best with his approachable and friendly personality! We love Ortho!

My son has had such a positive experience with not only his treatment but with the staff at the Southside clinic. They answered all of our questions and concerns in a prompt and thorough manner always ensuring that we were satisfied with the outcome. The aftercare treatment we have recievrd has been what has set the bar above all the other clinics we could have chose. I highly reccommend this clinic and am so happy with my son's smile! His confidence has soared! Thank you so much!

Dr. Hussain is the best, always so happy and so relatable and funny. He manages to maintain a balance between being friendly and fun but still getting the job done. I was very picky with how I wanted them and both him and his assistants were patient with my process. Couldn’t be happier with my teeth :)

Worst Service anyone could expect I will never recommend this place for Invisalign or braces to anyone. Staff doesn’t know what they are doing. On my first visit in 2020 everything was great, i had a Invisalign package and set up my EMI. On my second visit i picked up everything. They said they will follow up every 2 week but nothing happened. These people are the worst when it comes to appointments. They have no value regd. Patients time. I had to bear them because I couldn’t leave my treatment in between but left with no other options. They didn’t tell me that after 2 sessions of trays if i need more i have to pay. I was so happy with my teeth on my second last visit but staff thought i need more treatment without even asking, they took me to financial advisor and Financial advisor started to explain that i need to pay more. My reaction was ?? why?? She said the program u were in got discontinued and i guess ownership changed now.. is it my fault if Invisalign got discontinued?? Then the new manager came by created whole drama and after wasting 3 hours of my day she apologized that staff thought u r unhappy with your treatment. I have one teeth that is over-biting now and they refuse to fix that because i refuse to pay more as i already paid what i asked for in the beginning. Then on my 2nd visit girls booked me in at 4:05pm for retainer. I was there right at 4:00pm because i know how the poor system works there. No one comes to my chair till 4:45pm and finally a girl came and said we have to reschedule u for detachment other day because we are about to close. OMG I literally had to take a time off from my work to be there on time and these people doesn’t value your time. Then i got a little upset so manager came by and ask my work schedule and she managed to book me at 7:00am at different location.The new manager of Ellerslie pure orthodontics thought if she could bribe me with a mug i will be happy so instead of asking me the problem she said would you like to have a pure orthodontics mug that piss me off.. They charged me full left with 1 EMI on March 01, 2022. They leave me in between now i have to find someone else to fix my over-bite and repay I still have over bite that sucks while eating Manager doesn’t know how to respond to the situation Hate this place

I had my braces done here 10 years ago and returned to have my retainer glued back on. After many years, they still have the same great atmosphere and friendly staff who are experts in what they do. I recommend getting your braces here as they take good care of you and make sure you are happy with your smile right through the end.

What an amazing experience my daughter had. She went from never smiling to now smiling in all her photos. To watch your child transform to a state of joy not feeling ashamed is every Mother’s dream. I get emotional seeing her confidence now. So grateful to have had the amazing service at Pure Orthodontics The warm welcome and the great atmosphere patience and openness to answer any questions we had. I am very pleased and thankful to have had my child smile and be happy. Thank you very much. Now onto to my second daughter to getting her braces on. I can’t wait to see her transformation as well. Life as a child / teenager is already full of pressure this is such a large affect in a positive way we as parents can help change. Recently I had bad experience with pure orthopedic. I am their valuable customer and done braces treatment for my both daughters. I am happy with their professional practice. I give them one of referrals from my friends daughter. I already paid my current treatment amount and as per their advertisement they offer $100 for each referral. My friends got their money but I don’t receive money yet and calling them since month ago every time I called them and asking all information and says that you will receive cheque in two weeks but I am still waiting for my referral balance. They advertise a lots for referral but I think they not provide services what they are saying. This is just to heads up to all and express my experience with pure orthodontics.

I received an honest opinion on possible treatment for my wisdom teeth and 2 impacted teeth, they were upfront and transparent. I love that they were more interested in my concerns and what brought me to their establishment. I also love that there was no product pushing or advertising. I would definitely consider them in the future if and when I decide to proceed with treatment. Thank you for your honesty.
