★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents and I came from nanaimo bc and stopped by on our visit and we were supremely impressed. I didn't catch her name but the young woman with long brown/black hair and looked really tall. She was incredibly kind, super knowledgeable and professional. My parents are not stoners at all and just use certain cbd products and she handled their particularness and odd questions amazingly. I'd recommend this store to anyone. Not to mention the prices damn near blew me away. Suuuch good deals!! Will definitely return when I'm back in Alberta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The store itself is well stocked and well organized.
However, they cannot accept gift cards. It seems bizarre to me that a chain like Nova will sell gift cards, but not accept them everywhere. I do not say this to complain about the staff, but rather tell corporate or management that if you are opening up a new store, it is up to you to ensure the staff have the tools to do their job properly, and that includes accepting gift cards that you sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff and good weed when its in. 4 trips I have wasted now for an Indica Concentrate. Always sold out. Plenty of Hybrid and sativas all over the menu. Almost like they are not as popular or something...
*Update* New years eve and 0 stock. No sense being open 7 days a week when you only have enough product for 3.
Update 2 Staff remains awesome every day. Supply getting a little better.
