I was here twice on the weekend and both times I had a fantastic experience. Everyone seemed so kind and knowledgeable and was able to explain the different options. Big fan of edibles and so far have enjoyed the variety I bought. Will be back and will be a frequent shopper ?

I recently hit up a Fire and Flower, Ellwood Corner to be exact. Store was Uber clean, Displays were tight and my experience at the till was Golden. Scott, the Lead Educator swiftly gave me the options I wanted and even one upped those! Great guy, great Dispensary!

I tend to frequent the Elwood drive store and everyone there is sincerely kind and are always a huge help. And recently I made a visit to the Sherwood Park location and it was another great experience! I picked up a couple of different strains I hadn’t seen before and again the gentleman there was very knowledgeable and helpful. So no matter where you go I think one would enjoy any one of these locations. Thanks for all your help guys!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Sharp, modern design. I think because this location is not central, they tend to have a much better variety of product in stock than other shops. Will be back again.

I frequent the store often as the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when I'm looking for suggestions for my evening. The spark member deals are always great! I like how the online fastlane check out is so convenient. I place my order and it's always ready when I arrive.

If you wish to experience sincere outstanding service & good old fashioned integrity PLEASE do yourself a favor & see S C O T T at the Ellwood Road, Fire & Flower ~Edmonton store. In these -35 tropical temps-?? I was suffering increased sever pain & needed something to tame the wicked searing & also help me relax.. I first called & spoke with Scott to gain some knowledge on what-if anything- would be available to meet my needs. So educated on the various products he suggested I felt his professionalism, kindness in genuinely wanting to help, and mature, very friendly conversation just ON THE PHONE was sooo refreshing, rare and reassured me he was not just trying to make a sale by suggesting tons of product's~nor did he rush the call ~thinking he’d rather not waste his time on somebody just picking his brain. In reality I called ahead because it’s excruciating to get in & out of a vehicle, standing at length or going out in these frigid temps only to be frustrated as no products could help me. S C O T T was thorough explaining my options without droning on. When i’d made my selections he happily said he’d put them all aside so when I came later we wouldn’t have to pick everything out again & was empathetic & so friendly. So just to clarify; I’m 56; not educated on the variety of cannabis or CBD, the various modes of using it or incredible helping properties it holds. To say it’s intimidating to walk into a store; fully stocked would be an understatement. !! I never experienced that however, as S C O T T was not judgemental or curt. If you want genuine friendly advice from an educated, professional go see S C O T T . I’m so grateful I did. Hands down the worst cannabis store I've been to; and I've been to most of them. Fire and flower by itself is one of the most expensive chains; you're typically paying at least 30% more for the same brand than anywhere else. On top of that this location is always out of stock of everything and it takes ages to checkout

They always seem to be out of stock most of the time or ask for id when your in there every other day got tired of it went to the best lil store only one if so no big chain I prefer to help the ender dog I always get great customer service when I go to this place made in cannabis and great prices and Great service and they know my name I feel like Norm on cheers when I go into this place made in cannabis. I amdon’t care for big chain company’s . I have a fire and flower right across the street I go out of my way to go to meeting cannabis always good deals sometimes free stuff I’ve won shirts bags hats papers and % off point system
