There's also a lot of selection and the staff aren't afraid to guide you away from the products that aren't as good as the others. Definitely will be visiting again!

Roman even pronounced my name correctly :') (it's often mispronounced lol) which made the experience more personable. Michael was awesome when I went in awhile back! Really good vibes and conversation. He's happy to help and is very confident in his knowledge of products. This is my go-to store :)

You will not get better service anywhere! Today Chris helped me and was amazing, as all staff are? Brooklyn…beautiful BROOKLYN! Always a beautiful sweet ray of sunshine. She’s funny and so helpful and I enjoy our time together while I’m in the store.. she’s a gem ❤️ She lights up the entire place, and is also knowledgeable ?

Honestly any time I've visited, my mood has been lifted and it's all due to the awesome staff. They always have a wide selection and are very knowledgeable about their products too. Thank you guys for creating such a great atmosphere ? Highly recommend.

Not only that, but they were very rude to her and kicked her out of the store, it was an awful retail experience. She's over 30 years old and purchased cannabis many times at other stores without issues. I guess I'll take that as a compliment, she does look very good for her age. If you're from outside of Alberta, I'd recommend shopping elsewhere as you will probably have issues here, they only know what an Alberta drivers license looks like. Value Buds is nearby and also we found it's a lot cheaper too. I realize they have every right to deny service if they suspect a fake ID, but it was still a bad experience, when they kicked her out they told her shes getting what she deserves for having a fake ID, but she did nothing wrong. Rightfully, she was upset and yelled at them while leaving. I went back to the store and showed them her passport to show them the driver's license was not fake and they didn't even apologize for how they treated her.

He was super nice to us, I have to say. I asked for flower, and shatter. He handed us the menus, and under the shatter menu my wife chose 2 packs. We got home, she ripped them opened, but what we got was not shatter. The package said hash. So I called them the next day and explained what had happened. The woman on the phone was also at the store when we were making our purchases as she remembered us. I told her my wife asked for shatter, not hash, and your staff knew that. Why wouldn't he have told us that we got hash, not shatter when we SPECIFICALLY asked for shatter? She just kept repeating herself that it's an umbrella term for concentrates. HASH and SHATTER are 2 very different things. I asked what can be done and she said nothing cause the packs were ripped open. Thanks for wasting our money and time. I will not be returning here ever again.
