The wife went to the same stylist a week earlier and experienced the same frustration. She says she will not go back to that shop. I will probably not return there either.

The lady had super long and sharp nail, not only she spray the water and make my hair unnecessarily soaking wet, she sprayed it in my ears. Then her favourite time is using her long nail to scratch my hair when blow drying and my hair stuck in her nails which made me so painful. It was horrible!!!

A lovely hairdresser by the name of Elonia (I’ve likely misspelled her name) assisted me. She did a fantastic job, listened to what I was looking for and made a few great suggestions that turned out better than I could have hoped for. My hair was already very short so it definitely didn’t leave her with a lot of options. I will definitely be going back to see her when it’s time for a trim.
E	Ehsan Rizwan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable inferior service, went in for my kid haircut and young lady who was completely new to trade did the haircut, she did ask for help several times from other lady in the salon but still ending up screwing kid’s haircut. I am all about training and learning but if you are charging over $22 for kid haircut, I do expect you are not just starting your career with my kid’s haircut. Their receipt says “satisfaction guaranteed”. Contacted customer service asking why brand new person was performing hair cut and what credentials someone need to be working at great clips, answer was each great-clip has its own standard, in short there is no standard. Definitely my last trip to any of great clip locations.
v	vani dutt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the weirdest encounter ever. Went there on Sunday to get shampoo and blow dry and I was told that they don’t blow dry on weekends… like are your for real? I was told it’s a company’s policy. So, what does company do? Take away their hair dryers in weekends? Isn’t dealing with hair your full industry? It’s like a bank saying that they are not gonna take cash in on weekends. You may wanna fix this policy coz it’s the most absurd thing I hav ever encountered.

Went for a haircut and do long layers, i usually do it so i know how it looks like, the woman ( I'm not gonna name names ) did a horrible job, it looks super choppy and gave me short layers and a VERY short cut, which i did not want. She didn't even want to fix it up nor, blow dry it to make it better. You know, we come there to feel beautiful and we trust these hairstylists with our hair. Now i have to wait for a month to go back and get it one properly. Im not impressed. if i had to give 0, i would have. Im not impressed at all.
j	jeremy perry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say previously I had a great experience.. this year So far I’m embarrassed by how my last hair cut that I received turned out, it’s completely uneven from side to side. Fading from a 1-3 on the sides and then etched a line on the left spots uncut and the back is a horrible mess.. I will never let Daniel touch my hair again boasting about 8 years experience it’s clear that she does not in anyway have close to this. Please do not do this to yourselves.
