★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope I just got caught on a bad day. As someone who is not fully confident in the world of cannabis, the employee "helping" me was exceedingly unhelpful. When I gave a very broad specification of what I was looking for (a balanced 10 mg cbd/thc edible; and explained that I wasn't fussy whether it was a gummy, chocolate, drink, etc), she quickly glanced at the board and told me that they didn't have any. This may have been the case, but I've always had at least 3 or 4 options at other locations. When I stated that instead I'd might like to try something new and asked if she had any recommendation on beverages, she offhandedly said that the drinks on the top shelf of their cooler were the most popular. I made my, very uncertain, selection and paid quite a high price. Just to rub salt in the would, there were no bags available. There was no further interaction between myself and the staff. This store and employment felt cold and unwelcoming. I may have caught an off day as there was a single employee working and it was early afternoon, but it was not a very pleasant shopping experience. Love the chain, was very let down by this location. I'm happy to give it a second chance, but the first impression was extremely rough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone who has purchased cannabis in a few different provinces, I am deeply saddened by the experience at this establishment. I visited with my mother who is very new to cannabis and wanted recommendations for edibles to experience a relaxing and happy high. She was nervous about it so I told her I’d go with her but because I only smoke I wasn’t able to recommend any edibles. After telling the woman what we were looking for, she continued to just grab a gummy out of the display without saying anything about it or recommending anything different. She didn’t say if it was good or if she had tried it or anything, it felt as though she was rushing us out the door instead of making the experience comfortable for my mom. It would be nice if they employed others who are approachable, personable, knowledgeable, and atleast kind to work at this establishment. We will not be returning here.
