P	Pamela Pecush on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went in to have gel polish removed from my nails, and unfortunately had a terrible experience. My nail beds were screaming for most of the appointment--the nail tech used an artificial nail to try and lift the gel polish off each finger nail between filings, and then tried to chip it off with a clipper. When she starting clipping them for length, my nails were flying into my face. It was awful, painful and uncomfortable, and to add to that, the studio was blaring to the sounds of a sports gaming show for teenagers that was playing on their TVs. If you're looking for an enjoyable, "spa" like experience, I don't recommend going here. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
e	elle mo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you go here ask for Kaylee or Leo, my normal manicurist was unavailable so I checked this placed out based on google reviews. The first manicurist drilled off my gel polish off my natural nail and then shaped my nails terrible after I told her I wanted Coffin shape. I told her what I wanted but it was as if she was not listening. Luckily Kaylee took over and fixed them and turned a bad experience into an acceptable one. Probably will not return here. Update not even a week later my nails were grinded so thin some are breaking and the gel polish is already cracking. They just should have said they do not know how to work with REAL nails. Smh. Changed my review to 1 star, definitely will not return.

I’ve been sent to a different manicurist each time. The owner’s do an amazing job but are not available when i am in town. I got the same manicurist two times in a row and she always gives me the exact opposite of what i asked for. Very dissappointed with the outcomes and my nails look terrible, too short and do not suit my fingers and when I ask her to make an adjustment she pushes back. I show her pictures of what I would like and still a much different result. I sadly have to move on to another location. Thank you for the reply. When i came into the salon my nails were much longer than the finished result. When nails are filed down, it is a little late to have her spend more time putting a new set on. And her getting upset with me when i ask for what I initially asked for from the picture i showed her. I don’t think it is that difficult to provide a proper suggestion such as putting a new set on, as she is providing a service. I also can barely see the ombre as they were filed down too short. I had the same issue with the same lady 2 times before and I didn’t mention it as I try to give people a chance. And in terms of the money, i am talking about how much I spend in a year which is $1200+, including a tip and going to another location to redo my nails, it all adds up.

I am one happy customer who is not disappointed. I usually won’t write reviews but here I am ! I couldn’t stop posting this, kayle did fantastic nails for me. Perfect, picture won’t do justice as it looks very light colour here ! Just Perfect nails ??

Kayle is extremely talented with nail designs and giving advise/suggestions to make my nails original each time. Leo has also been doing my daughter and grand-daughters nails for even longer. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t get compliments on my nails. They truly are amazing ? I have also had really bad issues with ingrown toenails so I never wanted pedicures. Kayle convinced me that she could help rid me of my problem so I could get my feet done. Between Kayle and Leo they were able to get rid of the out grown problem and the pain in my toes. The knowledge they have is second to none. I recommend Jagare Ridge Binh Nails to everyone that compliments my nails and anyone that asks where the best place is for nails. I feel their kindness and professionalism keeps you coming back always?

I have never left disappointed, they are talented in nail art and designs as well as just providing a relaxing pedicure. Would absolutely recommend especially if you’re looking to get Pinterest perfect nails every time!

Another nail tech at this salon used to do my nails but I found that she didn't really listen to what I wanted even if I showed her a photo. Leo and Kaylee have always done their best to find the right materials to get you the nail look that you want. They're very kind and the customer service that they provide is awesome!
