Didn’t know what she looked like but just trusted them… found out near the end that it wasn’t Cindy at all. It was an alright pedicure but they’re shaped kind of funny and just looks like polish was slapped on and that was about it. Not overly impressed

I got to see Julie and she did an amazing job. So gentle (I’ve had rough manicures in the past elsewhere) very meticulous and she was able to give me exactly what I was looking which was a healthy natural looking gel polish. Definitely impressed and will go back to her again. The rest of the ladies were friendly and having wonderful interactions with their clients as well. Definitely recommend.

O	Ouiame Minouche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really hoping to like this place because of the reviews but unfortunately my experience did not match what I heard. I went in for a mani pedi. My pedicure went well but my manicure was awful. The lady (not sure what her name was) pulled out the acrylic and I asked if she could do gel since that’s what I always get and it’s what I prefer. She told me that I shouldn’t get gel because acrylic is better. I didn’t want to argue with her so I just let it be. Then she spent an hour shaping and cutting my cuticles. As she was shaping, I asked her to round the tip of my nails because I have a baby and they were too pointy. She said they’re not pointy but okay (again arguing with me) Then she cut my cuticles so bad my cuticles were bleeding. The worst part is she didn’t apologize, she blamed the fact that I had too many cuticles. She acted as if she had no idea why they were bleeding, as if I did something. At that point I just told her to put a top coat on my nails so I could leave. I had to go home and paint a top coat on my nails because she didn’t let them dry long enough. This was my first time getting my nails done in a few months and I was really looking forward to it but the whole experience was painful. On top of her not taking responsibility, I still had to pay full price. Very disappointing

I’ve been coming consistently for nearly 2 years and no matter who does my nails they always come out amazing. Everything is always so clean, the decor is so nice, and they serve the best Vietnamese coffee! Zoe, Julie, and Tracy have all done my nails and I couldn’t be happier. The price is right and they don’t gouge you for special designs. I always look forward to my bi-weekly mani pedis thanks to them.
S	Storm Parent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing at doing nails they do get busy fast so I’d call early or the day before but other then them being busy ; everyone talks to you it’s great my nails were 65$ and I got multi Color’s and designs I went to jasmine nails and payed 110$ for set of nails all one color with Tyler written on one nail I love this a nails love the girls working oh and best coffee ever!! Definitely recommend coming here cheap and great at there job my nails are great ❤️
