I was greeted immediately when I walked in, as I was waiting for my appointment I was check in on and ensured that I was comfortable. Sorin was so friendly and professional, he gave me very helpful financial advice and insight. I left feeling relieved and satisfied with my decision. Highly recommend.

I've been a Scotiabank customer for years, initially was with Anne at the Heritage branch, she was SO GOOD at her job that I ended up followed her to the new Chapelle branch! Not only she is personable, professional and VERY knowledgeable!!!! About two weeks ago, my bank account was compromised, she quickly replied my email, booked me an appointment same day afternoon, set me up with a new bank account and provided all the details for me to setup direct deposit. Contacted Scotia Fraud department to update notes for me, and replaced my VISA and Line of Credit all in one appointment! She was also very accommodating as I had to go change my auto loan with BMO and she waited for me to confirm everything was switched over before she left her work shift! Over the past years she helped me setup a better type of credit card tailored to my traveling needs, and helped me setup my line of credit to consolidate my credit card debt so that I don't pay outrageous interests! And helped me setup my TFSA and iTrade account as well so that I can manage my own investment with ease. I can't thank her enough for all her work and she is ALWAYS so nice and willing to explain all the details to me! Will continue going to this branch and bring more people over!
V	Victoria Ishmetova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this branch today, on January 28th, 2021 to find out about the Scotiabank promotion announced on the website : $300 for a new account (some conditions applied). There were two employees at 1430. No one was able to answer my questions about the promotion. (The promotion was running from September 2020 and it was the last day today). I was asked to come later when a more knowledgeable employee will be available. I also was asked for my phone number in order to call me back and let me know if I am eligible for the promotion. Nobody called me back. Nice job! Scotiabank? Never ever...

I recently moved to the Chappelle Springs / Gardens area, a year this end of August so I just want to say thanks to everyone and BILKIS and to tranie SHIFA. Then a second teller came to assist but also did not know how to. Don't bother going to this branch. Staff unwilling to help and are not knowledgeable.

The advisor said he has no record of the promotion. I showed him the pamphlet. Then he said the promotion was a mistake. Very poor customer service.
