★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very frustrating to deal with. Won't answer the phone during "business hours", slow to respond to email. When you finally do get a hold of someone, you get confusing answers or form letters not actually answering any of your questions. If you have the option to move your pension elsewhere, I'd suggest doing that at your earliest opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait times to connect with a representative were three to four hours on average in my 6 to 10 times calling them over the course of 2 years. All processes are completed via paper documents which increase process completion times to 3 to 4 weeks. I've never encountered such an inefficient organization in my life. Not to mention that their processes are so vague and unclear that no representative was able to provide me with an update on what my pension would look like upon leaving my employer. The wording that they all used was so ambiguous that I was left unsure if I was better off to leave my pension with them or to stop making payments to my pension all together
