I was there with my father yesterday to activate his credit card. When I called customer service they told me 2 pieces of ID is required which I took and after being there for 30 mins I was told they will only accept ID which has a physical address. I told them that my father lost his wallet and showed them his temporary license but they were still not satisfied. Staff were not friendly at all and were rude. Will never go to this branch again

I had an amazing experience this morning with BMO, Riley was helping me and it was a 10 out of 10, I will definitely be back for more services, thank you.

This is the worst BMO branch ever in Windermere. The staff is very rude and arrogant. I went there to ask something about my account. There was an Asian girl at the front desk. I asked her the total amount in my account. There were 4 or 5 people behind me in the queue. She spoke so loudly, everyone heard about my money in my account. A huge lack of professionalism. Really dont want to visit again.

Customer Service was not the greatest. Same as comment about depositing Chq. Spend almost 20 mins to deposit a chq and the teller was saying "are you sure the issuer has enough funds?". Plus didnt check all the information. Waste of time.

BMO is the worst bank - Unaccommodating hours of operation and their financial/ mortgage staff doesn't care about your needs, they just push their products on you for comission.

I love this branch! I've had nothing but great service from the clerks. Then there's Michael Bachu, Personal Banker - he's fabulous. I've never dealt with someone so thorough before. I often feel like he cares more about my money that I do - and not in the he wants to make lots of money for himself or the bank sort of way. He genuinely has cared that we've made good informed decisions as we've looked at buying properties.

Went in to alter the tap feature on my chip card so that the money would withdraw from my other account. Now I am getting decline messages when I try to make purchases when I have money in the account. I work 15 hours a day and don't have time to come in and fix this. Had to put close to 100 on my credit card with God awful interest rates because of your screw-up. Now my wife has to withdraw cash just so I can get through the next 2 weeks...

Business clients - STAY AWAY There's 0 priority for business clients. Do you have 2+ hours to stay on hold waiting to talk to someone in Customer Service? If not, don't bank with BMO. Their app is also useless, the facial recognition and "remember me" features DO NOT WORK so expect to spend 10-15 min trying to log in to your online banking.
