★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After half an hour òf waiting for processing "1 network transaction" I called the number on the redemption receipt. Another half an hour on the phone going from caller 5 to caller 1, I get a robo message that "we're closed" seriously? And I thought my biggest worry was the price, conversion rate and transaction fee. Unfortunately that's what's going to happen when there isn't enough competition in the market to strive for customer retention/satisfaction. I have faith that over a short period of time we will have faster cheaper and most importantly workable transactions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Bitcoin ATM! I DO NOT recommend this ATM. I been waiting for three days and until now, I did not redeem my coin. ETH was already send to them and it was also reflected in my end. I also emailed them the proof but no response!
I feel like they do not even deserve 1 star! Their service is so BAD!!!
