★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store around 10 pm to order few pizzas and a cheezy bread. Being quoted about 20 mins, I had to literally wait for 40-45 mins to get those pizzas. This is not a good place to go when you are hungry or in rush. Service not worth the money paid for pizzas......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Panago ever. The food always comes cold last couple times. The delivery takes so long when I live not even 5 mins away. The wings always are very small and full of oil. I ordered a vegetarian pizza as I had guest who don’t eat meat and the pizza came with some
Type of meat on it. Mistakes happen but the way they handled it was unacceptable. Basically trying to say I’m lying and hung up. This ruined my night and my guests were hungry at the end. The driver wasn’t happy or pleasant at all. Won’t be coming back here ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered a pizza tonight. I picked one of their meat pizza's and customized it to my liking. When the pizza was delivered I found out that I accidentally forgot to remove an ingredient that I absolutely could not eat. The driver without hesitation said that he would return the pizza and get me a new one. My second pizza was brought to me in less than 20 min. Come to find out the person delivering my pizza is the manager. Honestly, best customer service hands down. I will always order from this location and its great that it's so close to my place of work. Thank you so much for going above and beyond when it was the customers mistake and most importantly thank you for being so gracious.
