I got the worst customer service at this branch. They wont lift a finger for you. If they sort out something when you are there, you are lucky but if they give you a time frame good luck. they don't answer phone calls and their automatic system always directs you to the voice mail and they will never return the call.

Switched all of our banking over to BMO from RBC and couldn't be happier. The tellers at this branch location are all very helpful, polite and courteous. These guys truly value your business as a customer and make you feel appreciated. Thank you BMO terwillegar gardens!

Banks in general have terrible customer service! BMO is one of the lowest in banking! Then there’s this branch! There never open for people who have actual working jobs during the week. Very few branches open on weekends. Those that are, are a long ways away. Then using them on Saturday you find them understaffed and incompetent. Do yourself a favour and find a credit union that’s open when it’s convenient for you........most of us work during banking hours and cannot afford to take a day off in this economy!

My 17 year old daughter opened the account online and once it was opened was instructed to go to the branch to show ID and pick up the card. The customer service rep said my daughter couldn't get her card because she had to have an appointment with a manager because the CSR was not "qualified" or had "authority" to take identification. The CSR didn't even consult a manager when we questioned this process to clarify the matter before we left. We went to another branch and opened the account with no issues. When the new branch called Terwillegar, they advised the new branch that the CSR thought we were opening a new account, not one that we had opened online...this was clearly a lie since the first CSR verified the name and address from the online information and acknowledged that the account had been opened online and frozen until ID was verified. So, 1 star for that branch for the lack of customer care.

Incompetent today. Told teller i want to transfer my money to my usa checking account instead she places it into a different usa account. Refused to acknowledge it and had to do online banking. Guess i got to social distance away from this branch.

The branch staff are not understanding, and they charged me hidden fees that were not discussed when opening the account. The fees were eventually reversed, but I had to make several trips to the bank in order to do so; it was evident that they wanted to keep my money. Closing account soon.

Dropped in at Windsor Park to pick up a desk calendar. After waiting and waiting in the vestibule while the 2 Customer service reps were trying to convince their 2 Customers to add more products to their accounts I waited and waited and waited...finally a Customer ahead of me let me go in front of him as all I wanted was a lousy desk calendar. It was Jan 4 and finally when it was my turn I asked for one and of course they had not come in yet.It would be nice if anyone from the back rooms would come to the front once in awhile to check to see if anyone had any questions. I was embarrassed because I used to work at this branch and had 2 Customers also standing in line who recognized me. What has happened to the service at this branch???!!!
