None of staff are capable of fixing problems. They book appointments and get you to drive 600km for it. Then tell me they don’t know why I’m there. Each employee keeps handing you off to other employees because none of them know how or want to deal with customer problems. This branch makes me sick to my stomach. Needless to say, save yourself the stress and use a different banking institution. If not, at least a different branch.

Extremely unprofessional!! Have never seen anything quite as bad! My mother passed away last year and we need to close her RBC account in Vancouver. I had to provide a signature and a letter from Edmonton. The staff who "helped" me at this branch (Andrea Hoffman) spent all her time reminding me that she "didn't need to do this," and that she was just doing her Vancouver colleague a favour. She also refused to check the letter that I was supposed to compose by myself -- again, reminding me that she was "just doing her colleague a favour." Nice teamwork!

Highly unprofessional. I tried to transfer an investment account to another financial institution. They held up the transfer for 6 weeks, then when I went to question them, then said they knew nothing about the request. Then they refused to transfer the money, wouldn’t let me get the money via bank draft (apparently there was no one on who could do that), and refused to let me open a savings account to deposit the money into and then withdraw it (would have to book an appt to do that in another six weeks). Then the women went on to bad mouth the other financial institution and said I should stay with them and she made up some lie about how my account needed to be updated because there was no activity on the account (it’s an investment account. Of course I’m not going to touch it). I called the help line while I was sitting in the branch because they were no help whatsoever, and the guy on the phone was able to set up an account no charge and transfer the money by the end of the day. And I could get a check mailed in 3-5 days (I was told 6 weeks by this branch). Why do they even bother having a branch open if no one know what they’re doing??

The worst banking experience, the staff are incapable of doing anything, they just sit there typing on there computer and get agitated when you ask to speak to a manager or simply ask them to do there job. I booked a face on face appointment online and called the 1800 number twice to confirm and when I got there I was told no such appointment exists and that I need to go to century park. After wasting 2 hours on the phone twice and 40 minutes in the branch the teller was extremely rude and was getting mad at me for asking her to do her job. Due to this experience I didn't open an account here there incapable, rude, useless, and the manager tried covering up for her staff and handed me a brochure to submit a complaint, laughable. This bank is a sham do not waste your time and money here

The WORST service ever staff is clueless to do a simple GST payment. Manager Neal is a condescending lazy SON who is unwilling to actually put t a payment through dude to laziness. Staff is unaccommodating, Uneducated and are robots. They should all Be replaced Used to be one of the best branches in the city. Went to Another branch. Everything done in 5 minutes

I requested for Bank draft to pay my car loan to SB bank and teller did not bother to tell me that they were more charges than 8.50$ svc. Now, I’ve been charge for $8.50 + $5 branch withdraw/transfer cheque. If I only knew this I won’t visit this branch again. I always go to Windermere location and got no problem. Every time I go to Windermere RBC is VIP treatment as a good rbc client. First time had bad experience in RBC client. Well, they can’t accommodate a cash for this that’s why only bank draft and teller just charge me for svcs charge did not bother to waive it even they cannot accommodate the cash. They need to improve the customer service this location. Not gonna visit this location anymore even it’s closer to my place.

Huge security issue with my father. They are doing absolutely nothing to help protect his person or his finances. When I asked for help from a manager they referred me to someone brand-new to the branch (and not a manager after all - he's an assistant manager) who just told me why they can't do anything. Will amend this review if/when the issue gets resolved; hopefully before something really bad happens!

since they had new branch manager few years ago, feel the whole branch quality getting worse and worse, I live few blocks from this branch but now rather drive 10 more mins to century park branch, honestly all their stuff need a retraining except one lady in front. To the RBC head office or area manager: look those negative feedback! Please pay attention on this location, hire a good leader
