A	April V.D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs aren't nice!!!! Went there few days ago. It was before 7pm and I went in. Suddenly while I was doing my shopping a guy said to me, sorry but we're close. Told him, give me 2mins pls. And then a lady came again and said they were close. I told them I came in before 7pm and nobody told me you were close. I believed whenever you're in before the closing time, they cant send you out. It was 3mins after 7 and 2 of their staffs said they are close and wanted me to leave.

What I don't like are the customers trying to return things when it clearly states final sale as you walk in and treating the staff poorly for following that rule. I understand money is important, even a couple dollars but temper flaring over that couple dollars is not ok.
A	Alex Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look, I get it's the dollar store, but the customer service is deplorable. I've worked retail before and always made sure I took pride in my work. The lady asked if I wanted a bag and I said yes. Once the transaction was done, only half my stuff was bagged. I asked if I could get another bag for the bigger items, and she said only if I had $0.05. I stated I did not have any change, and she just shrugged. I spent over $100. I get the bags cost $0.05 and was more than willing to pay it. I thought I had paid it. The least she could do is just give me a bag since there was obviously a miscommunication, but nope. She just watched me as I piled my purchases up and struggled out the door. Could she not have at least hit the automatic door button to help me out? Nope.

C	Cory Woods on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dollarama's inventory has grown and includes some pretty neat stuff...but even there, the prices are going up and not all those items are suited with their prices! I've been going elsewhere for my crafting supplies because they are the same dam thing at cheaper prices......prices dollarama USED to have. ??
