β β β β β Excellent place to not only get a bang spanking new set of tires but also an incredible locale to convieve of your first child.
Definetly recommended even if you do not own a car.

β β β β β Friend was doing tire changes with them since he got the car new. Last winter I went to put on his winter tire and found multiple cut on both sets of tires sidewall, which was clearly cut by their tire machine when mounting the tire without enough lubrication. They told us it was curb damage, but I bet they keep telling people these lies just to sell them new tires while they were the ones who caused it. With a tire tech like me confronting them, the manager kept saying β oh, never seen or heard it before in my lifeβ. Ask any tire place, their newbies will make mistake like this, not to mention somewhere like Costco with such tight working schedule and such high rate of employee float rate. They took pictures and said gonna send for internal investigation. Guess what, never heard of them since. So believe when I tell you: you get what you pay for.

β β β β β Booked a tire change more than 3 weeks in advance and took a day off work. They call me the day before (on a sunday) that the tires aren't there and will not pick up the phone. Very poor customer service, cost me $$$ for missing work, hanging up without picking up the phone.

β β β β β Please avoid to visit this location. They are never answer a live calls. They screwed my appointment. I have asked to schedule my appointment for the specific date and day. I was trying to confirm my appointment a few days before my actual appointment but couldnβt hold any one after seven calls attempts at the different times. I would give zero for their service if I have an option to give a zero.

β β β β β We had ordered tires online on Labour day to take advantage of the 20% discount.
Today we went to have them installed. Crazy busy!! People were lining up to get gas! It was hard to drive into the parking lot.
Tire center was behind, so was told it would take an hour and a half but they'd call. Anyway, went shopping and dragged it out for the time. I went to pick up the keys but was told they were just about to start.
Was then informed that the tires I ordered (run flat) were not recommended because it would be a loud, rough ride. I asked if they'd honour the discount for a new set of tires. The very helpful guy (I'm sorry but I don't remember his name) checked with his manager and returned shortly to say that yes, they'd honour it. New tires ordered!
So even though they were running behind, they were extremely helpful and accommodating.

β β β β β I have been getting tires here for years before I buddy took over a couple tire shops. Costco Tire Centre provides a great range of tires and very impressive service (and free puncture repairs) at an impressive and competitive price. Certainly check them out next time you need new treads.

β β β β β I got tires online and had to wait 2 weeks to get to the store + few days to get an appointment for the installation.
I got there on time and left my car, they told me 1 and a half hours to get the call. I waited 4 HOURS and I just thought it was taking them a bit longer, but I went to ask (I was waiting in the store since and hour and a half wasnβt that much) and they told me that they never installed the tires because apparently it was the wrong size, I never received a call or a message saying that so I waited for nothing. They told me that they had to order them again so itβs gonna take more days to get them. I got home and checked the papers and the tires that I ordered were the exact same size as the ones that I already have on.
Super bad experience at this tire centre.

β β β β β After calling in to clarify information and booking an appointment to change my tires over at Costco, I went to drop off my car and tires after taking time off work. Right after I get home I receive a call telling me they refuse to change my tires because they were purchased elsewhere, even though they were made aware of that information first when I called to book and then again when I dropped off the keys and paid. Management refuses to do anything even though the associates told me they would change my tires, knowing that they were brand new purchased from elsewhere after I've told them twice. So in the end I get my time wasted and income loss while I have to find elsewhere to change my tires because of their mistake. Yeah their prices are cheap, but it seems like their prices are cheap because their service is poor and internal communication is horrible. Can't recommend them.
