★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to pick up my mom’s medication few days back. My mom didn’t have insurance for pricey medication Saxenda. The pharmacist ‘Mohit’ was working at that time and helped me find insurance card that saved me 50% money and also he explained everything so well to me that my mom no longer needs my help to use her needles. The pharmacist deserves a mention for this.
Thanks Costco for the rewarding experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never been to pharmacy with such slow and awful customer service. I called before had to get a print out for income taxes. They said they can’t get it ready before hand and that I have to come in person and bring ID. I go to the pick up counter and the lady rudely says, go to drop off line. I’ve now been waiting in line for 15 minutes to get a piece of paper.
Just a suggestion Costco: maybe someone can call in and get it ready and they have to show their ID when item is picked up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow as all hell. I went at 9:30 am when it's not busy and it took a little over an hour for birth control (which is pre packaged and dosed).the lady treated me like I was poor because my status benefit card didn't work, which it doesn't at all locations.. WHICH is fine I can pay and submit for reimbursement, I told her that and she asked if I was able to pay twice and asked her manager if she should put it through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy is horribly managed. Every time my doctor sends a new prescription the pharmacy looses it. I have to either have my doctor send it again and I have to keep checking that it's being filled. I like the prices but that's it. Tonight, they had one person filling prescriptions with 10+ people waiting in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude pharmacist/manager. Extremely rude staff. I do not recommend this pharmacy. Go to a pharmacy where the staff truly cares and respects their patients. There are so many amazing pharmacists in the city. Do not bother going to this pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best pharmacy that I have ever been to hands down. The pharmacy team is professional, friendly and fast and the pharmacist takes their time to explain everything to you and answer any questions you may have. My doctor's instructions were a bit confusing and the team called him to review them which made taking my medication much easier. I feel like I am in very good hands!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke with them on the phone to inquire about a rapid Antigen test for travel and they were very short with me, I went online to book the appt but they didn't have any appointments available, even though there were days where no appointments were booked by anyone, as if they just BLOCKED them off online as being "unavailable".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left a prescription, was told 45mins. Did my shopping hung out waiting the 45 mins. Went back after an hour, couldn't find my prescription eventually was told that apparently they had canceled my order but if I wanted to wait another 20mins they could get. By then I had been there an hour and half, left without my prescription. Seemed very disorganized like no one knew what was going on.
