About Alberta College of Massage Therapy / Manual Osteopathic College of Canada
Keenan spent his time as an RMT in multidisciplinary clinics working primarily with patients with orthopedic injuries, MVAs, and other pain problems. Prior to becoming an RMT, he worked as a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning coach, specializing in post-rehab work.
His biggest interests clinically are persistent pain, the science behind pain and rehabilitation, neurophysiology, and the biopsychosocial model. He is currently working on a degree in Human Sciences, with the intention of going into Physiotherapy. Keenan is very passionate about continued learning, He is very curious by nature, and looks forward to sharing that with the students of ACMT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Atitiya on March 14, 2022 for a student massage and she was wonderful. Nice personality, knowledgeable, and was attentive to my wishes and needs. She asked questions to determine my areas of concern and my comfort level. At the end of the appointment, she gave me an exercise to help strengthen a weak area of my back. Very nice experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a Mother’s Day gift to myself. I had Matthew King and he was amazing. His supervisor and himself did a full assessment on me and my injuries. They were very opened with everything they were looking at and seeing. The massage was so relaxing and healed a spot that has been driving me crazy for months! I would recommend coming here. They teach their students very well!

I have had only great experiences in the five years I have been coming to the Alberta College of Massage Therapists, for frequent massages. The staff are pleasant, the students well trained and the facility is spotless. Highly recommend for an affordable massage!

The only thing I didn’t like about the this place was the setup.
They have curtain walls between each of the massage tables.
I went for a relaxation massage and could hear several conversations going on in the adjacent areas. Some peace and quite from solid walls would make this place top notch.
39 bucks for an hour massage will have me back again in the future. Hopefully they spend a few bucks and toss in some drywall some day soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have come here a few times, now and every time I get great service. They are able to help me with my tight muscles, I come out feeling great. My mom loves coming here as well. You get great massage and you don't have to pay a hug price. Which is good right now with everything so expensive. Here I can say I get my money worth every time we come here. I will be back very soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kim is a good practitioner, despite having only one year under her belt and she is responsive to directions, like “press harder” and so on. I was booked with a second year student who had a work obligation and from her I would have expected a wider range of skills. Kim stood in for her and gave me a gentle massage that seems to have been exactly what I needed. I’ve been in a lot of pain and it has been significantly reduced. I’d like her to know that she can have confidence in herself and her training. She has given me real relief. Thank you so much, Kim!
