We were out of the country while our house went up for sale, when offers came in and right thru to possession date. Us being out the country while trying to sell our house could have been a nightmare but Barb walked us through every step of the process. Barb is always on top of everything and is very dedicated to her clients. I cannot say how thankful we are for having Barb on our side while selling our most important asset. Thank you Barb for being there for us, answering/dealing with all our questions/concerns. You went way beyond my expectations for a real estate agent. Me & my wife are forever grateful!

PS: If you are a pet person, this is the lady for you! She went above and beyond to help me and my furry friend Lucy through the selling process (she even spent an afternoon looking after her during the videographer/photographer!) She is so wonderful!

Barb is very knowledgeable about the Edmonton real estate market, the typical “peculiarities” of houses built in different areas and years, as well as ballpark cost of renovations. We benefitted greatly from her knowledge and experience as it helped us choose the house that was right for us. Also, Barb was extremely generous with her time, always accommodated our schedule, and was always able to schedule showings on the houses that just got on the market the same or next day. Also, we were new to the area, and Barb connected us with several home inspectors, lawyers, handymen, and all other people you need to know when you’re buying a place in the new area. Last, but far from least, Barb is a great person and a pleasure to talk to. Thanks for the smooth experience!

She went above and beyond to contact different builders to enquire about new builds when we were not finding very many homes on the market.
