Her professionalism is one of its kind, as I have no iota of regret for using her services. She encouraged and persuaded us till we settled for quality and an unbelievable better value for money, even when we thought we couldn’t.
We gave Nora a checklist to work with, she checked all the boxes and with that, I give her 100%.
She helped us from start to finish, traveled with us to different builders, and negotiated good rates. She worked within our budget and got us a very beautiful house we now call our home with a reputable builder and in a lovely community in Edmonton.
I have made several referrals to Nora, and I will continue to do so. Most of the referrals now live happily in their new houses, while the remaining few await their possessions.
She is diligent and you will not be disappointed.

She has been highly responsive and has been able to deliver quality service. I strongly believe in good customer service and that is why I have referred Nora to several of my friends. Those friends have also been able to secure the purchase of their home.
Nora has now become our family realtor, because of her patience and understanding and not to mention her ability to truly get what you are desiring. There are so many houses but Nora understands that everyone had different needs and she is able to fulfill that. Nora has even gone above and beyond providing us with information in regards to provincial programs.
Furthermore she has been there for us in time of loss, truly valuing the people she meets.
Nora is responsive, respectful, patient and very knowledgeable in this industry.
I highly have recommended before and will continue to recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left another realtor to work with Nora after she did a good job showing me good places and at reasonable prices. She proved that she had our best interest and worked to get us discounts even when prices were already shooting up. She made the kids comfortable during our show home visits and they all loved her.
Even after signing the contract, she remained available for questions. She made the seemingly impossible possible after we signed a contract but decided to go for another house. Nora went out of her way to get us the house we wanted without losing any money from the first deal.
I cannot recommend Nora enough for ypur housing needs. She is the best realtor I know

Nora is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. Nora not only provided me with all the information necessary to make a informed decision she walked me through it patiently. Nora was so helpful and even gave me good advise for the future. I purchased my home over 2 years ago but sadly I’m having issues with my partner and Nora is quick to reply and assist through the separation portion years later. It was so relieving to find someone so patient to answer our questions, guide us through the building process and to help us find and purchase our first home at such a great price.
