★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhappy with this new doctor - she completely disregarded a concern I had. Also, good luck getting through to actually speak with someone; they seem to always be busy and you can't leave a message.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since Dr. Flock retired, it has been extremely difficult to get ahold of this office. You are not able to leave a message and if you do they won't call you back. I am 23 years old and when I told them about my chronic scoliosis pain, Dr. V sent me to get injections in the nerves in my back. Even the doctor who I was sent to denied doing it and thought it was crazy that I was sent to him instead of given pain medication. Again I'm 23. I also cannot get a hold of anyone to get my antidepressants refilled (that I'm not supposed to stop abruptly) so I was forced to do exactly what I should not do. I do not recommend which sucks horribly after loving Dr. Flock for so many years, her replacement is just not up to par.
