Did not remove all the rough skin from my feet, rubbed too hard with the exfoliating scrub (not sure what it's called) and while cutting my toenails hurt me trying to cut near an ingrown toenail. I think she needs to go back to school. Was not a peaceful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment booked and was really looking forward to trying a new salon. I had an appointment for last week that I had to call and reschedule, so today I showed up for the new appointment and they didn't have any knowledge of me/my appointment written down at all even though I had 3 full phone calls with them over the past week regarding my appointment. They ended up turning me away to come back 5 hours later. The salon is an hour away from my house & I work a strict schedule so this morning was my only opportunity. I was so excited to get my hair cut before Christmas and left extremely sad and disappointed. Will not be returning or trying this salon due to this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service ever. I visited the salon for my hair rebounding, results were zero. The owner promised for the 100% result but later when the results were not seen she said your hairs were not responding to the chemical used. I paid her the complete amount and when asked her to refund she refused and was very rude. She said do what ever you want, I am not going to refund.

I recommend all my friends and family to come here. Velvet Salon knows how to take care of you and makes you feel so beautiful when leaving. I highly recommend this place for anything you need done, you won’t regret it!
